INFORMATION CENTER SERVICES:
e CVC’s visitor center is located at
303 Water Street, Suite 100, Santa Cruz
and is open year-round, seven days
per week (closed anksgiving and
Christmas).
e visitor center service sta directly
interfaces with over 9,000 people an-
nually- through walk-in tra c, phone
calls, letters, faxes, packet requests
and e-mails. Our well-trained Visitor
Services Specialists provide maps,
directions, brochures and recommen-
dations relating to a host of lodging
and dining establishments, activities,
attractions, shopping, and more.
INFORMATION PACKETS:
e Visitor Services team distributes
special information packets to walk-in
visitors and those requesting them via
the web. e packets the CVC o ers
include Bicycle Adventure Kits, Visit-
ing Friends and Relatives Kits, Birding
and Wildlife Watching Kits, Wedding
Packets, Meeting Planner Packets
and Student Kits. Each contains an
o cial Santa Cruz
County Traveler’s
Guide and tailored
information or
brochures.
