MISSION ST BBQ: EASTER HAM
March 1-April 5, 2026, Open from 7am to 9pm or until sold out.
Pre-order your perfectly smoked Easter Ham from Mission St BBQ, and have your easter picnic in one of our many state parks instead of indoors! Pre-orders open March 1st for their Easter hams at $90 and will remain available until sold out. Each ham is smoked low and slow and finished with a mustard molasses glaze layered with notes of orange, clove, and ginger tender, flavorful, and ready to serve. Do not forget to order all the other fixin’s and any cutlery you need for your feast!

SANTA CRUZ BEACH BOARDWALK: SURFING BUNNY SCAVENGER HUNT
March 21-April 5, 2026; 12pm – 7pm
Hop on over to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk for an egg-citing Surfing Bunny Scavenger Hunt! Enjoy a fun-filled adventure as you search high and low for 15 hidden bunnies and their prizes scattered throughout the Boardwalk. Whether you’re hunting for bunnies or just soaking in the fun atmosphere, this event is sure to bring smiles to all ages.

GAYLE’S BAKERY: EASTER MENU
March 30-April 4, 2026; Order now and pick up on Saturday the 4th after 9am. Closed on the 5th.
Offering everything you need for your Easter Celebration. Brunch with quiche or frittata and fresh fruit salad, a Traditional Ham Dinner to take home for one, two or a gathering friends and family, and specialty cakes, fancy pastries and of course – Hot Cross Buns!

HIGHLANDS COUNTY PARK: FREE ADAPTIVE EGG HUNT
March 31, 2026; 10am – 2pm
The Accessible Egg Hunt is a free, family-friendly celebration designed especially for children with disabilities, including mobility, vision, and sensory challenges — and for the families who support them. The Sensory-Friendly Egg Hunt is designed for children who benefit from a quiet, structured environment. The Wheelchair-Accessible Egg Hunt is designed for children with mobility challenges. The Beeper Egg Hunt is designed for children with low or no vision. There will be no amplified music, story time, face panting and a photo opportunity with the Bunny. The event is free, but help them keep numbers manageable by registering here.

LINA & COMPANY: SUGARSCAPE EGGS POP-UP
April 2, 2026; 2pm – 6pm
Lina and Company will be hosting an Easter Pop-up featuring Dawn Nemec. Come springtime each year, Dawn obsesses over creating panoramic sugar eggs for sale in Santa Cruz County. Go see these tiny sugar worlds using only edible components and maybe purchase one to take home!

DOWNTOWN BOULDER CREEK: FREE EGG WALK
April 3, 2026; 5pm – 8pm
In addition to the Egg Walk, you will find unique arts and crafts at vendor booths throughout the downtown core, food trucks, and a kid zone on Forest St. There is no fee to attend! So, bring your family, friends and neighbors out to join in the fun!

BEAR CREEK COMMUNITY CENTER: EGGSTRAVAGANZA
April 4, 2026; 11am – 2pm
All ages are invited to the Bear Creek Community Center for the annual egg hunt! Put on your best boots and get ready to enjoy the great outdoors (rain or shine) under the redwoods and along the creek for some real egg hunting. Over 4000 eggs are hidden each year and filled with toys, candy, seeds, stickers and more! Your little one will be sure to fill their basket! $15 ticket per child over the age of 2 includes: bunny photos; petting zoo; 11:30am hunt has designated areas for each age group – this egg hunt is great for the younger crowd or for families with only 1 child participating; 1pm is an egg hunt for all ages throughout the grounds – this hunt is great for siblings who want to hunt together. Brunch has been added to this year’s schedule for an optional ticket. $10 per person aged 3 and over includes: 1 nonalcoholic drink, up to 3 food options & 1 dessert. Beer, wine & mimosas are also available for purchase.

AGRICULTURAL HISTORY PROJECT: EASTER ON THE FARM
April 4, 2026; 11am – 3pm
The Agricultural History Project is hosting their annual Easter on the Farm to celebrate Easter and the beginning of Spring.  Activities for children and adults include arts & crafts, hayrides, tractor driving, face painting, meeting a real bunny and enjoying a photo op with the Easter Bunny! This event is FREE! Donations appreciated. 

ROARING CAMP RAILROADS: EGGSTRAORDINARY EASTER WEEKEND
April 4-5, 2026; 11am – 3:30pm
The Easter Bunny makes a stop at Roaring Camp. After riding either the Redwood Forest Steam Train or the Santa Cruz Beach Train, your kids will have a blast participating in Easter activities in Town. Activities include Easter crafts, gold panning (call to reserve), candle making, blacksmith, Easter Bunny, jumbo Easter egg with candy and prizes!

FRANICH PARK: EGG HUNT EGGSTRAVAGANZA
April 4, 2026; 1pm – 4pm
Hop on over to Franich Park for a FREE family-friendly Egg Hunt Eggstravaganza. Enjoy a fun-filled day with arts & crafts, games, food trucks, and so much more. And don’t forget to snap a picture with the Easter Bunny. Kids ages 3 to 13 years old are invited to participate in the egg hunt. Please bring your own basket (or container) for the egg hunt. SEASCAPE BEACH RESORT EASTER SUNDAY BRUNCH
