Head to the Music Center Recital Hall at UCSC for this performance by one of India’s finest musicans.  Ustad Nishat Khan is from a generational musical heritage that is the North Indian clasical idiom, but also engages in other diverse genres such as Western classical, jazz, Flamenco and Gregorian chant.  He will be accompanied by Nitin Mitta, one of the most sought-after tabla players of his generation.
