Head to the Dream Inn for a special wine dinner in celebration of International Women’s Month with the Master of Wine, Katie Werthmuller.
Their elegant tasting menu has been thoughtfully curated by Executive Chef Gus Trejo to feature local Santa Cruz Farms and complement some of the finest wines.
- 6:00pm-6:45pm: Reception with trays passed around that have
- Cauliflower Crudo – leche de tigre, chayote, passion fruit, sesame chip
- Red Abalone – watercress pistou, mache
- Rose of Pinot Noir
- 6:45pm-7:00pm: Welcome and introducing Katie Werthmuller, Ambassador with Jackson Family Wines
- 7:00pm: Dinner Begins
- Morel Mushrooms – country bread, chevre semifreddo served with pinot noir
- Halibut – celery root, green garlic, pistachio & butter emulsion served with chardonnay
- Game Paella – rabbit, quail, duck, sofrito served with Syrah
- Pinot Ice Cream – 70% cocoa molten cake, mulberries served with clone 667 pinot Noir
