In collaboration with the Watsonville Film Festival this exhibit seeks to honor and highlight the lowrider spirit of creativity, culture and ingenuity, by shifting from negative stereotypes to empowering narratives.
Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Tuesday through Sunday, they are open from 11am to 4pm.
