This hands-on workshop focuses on making syrups and shrubs for cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks using ingredients sourced directly from the farm. Participants will learn basic techniques, flavor balancing, and safe storage while working with seasonal fruits, herbs, and botanicals. You’ll leave with finished syrups or shrubs to take home and the skills to recreate them in your own kitchen.
