  • Asparagus Bisque (Gluten Free and Vegetarian) chervil, crème fraiche
  • Ahi Tuna Carpaccio (Vegetarian Option) sea lettuce, horseradish root, citrus ponzu, parsnip chips
  • Dungeness Crab fried green tomato, ogo, turmeric & olive oil infusion
  • Baby Lettuce (Vegan) carrots, radish, beets, almonds, roasted shallot vinaigrette

  • Pacific Catch Fillet (Gluten Free) allium & potato billows, cabbage, chervil butter emulsion
