Join Rancho del Oso park staff in celebrating Hulda Hoover McLean Appreciation day! Hulda Hoover McLean was a naturalist, writer, artist, teacher, and civic leader whose former home has been the Rancho del Oso Nature & History Center for 40 years.

This event features guest speaker Diane West-Bourke, a Natural History Educator, First Naturalist Interpreter at Rancho del Oso and a close collaborator with Hulda, as well as:

• Watercolor workshop
• Interpretive guided hike
• Nature journaling

Although this event is free, parking at state parks costs $10. Hold on to your receipt! Once you pay for one state park, you have paid for them all and there are 14 in Santa Cruz County alone!
