Venus Pie Trap

Located across from the beach in Aptos, Venus Pie Trap is a new venture from Venus Spirits. Proudly partnered with the bay area’s best bakers, including Edith’s Pie, Manresa Bread and Holey Roller, along with local coffee roasters, 11th hour coffee. Sean Venus, who is originally from Connecticut, has based the pizza program on New Haven style pizza. The menu will include Venus’ interpretation of iconic New Haven pies like the tomato pie and the clam & garlic pie.
