Overview

Located above Seabright Beach, the area’s oldest museum highlights the region’s diverse plant, animal and human communities from the shoreline of Monterey Bay to the summit of the Santa Cruz Mountains. Enjoy Interactive educational experiences for children, families and adults, including an intertidal touch pool, life-sized grey whale sculpture, and observation beehive. Shop for books, apparel and toys in the Museum Shop. Free admission for kids.
