Manresa Bread is a neighborhood bakery founded by Westside Santa Cruz resident Avery Ruzicka, a 2020 James Beard finalist. Conceived in the kitchen of three-Michelin-star Manresa restaurant, Manresa Bread mills organic CA flour in-house every day to create the best interpretations of sourdough breads and laminated pastries.

Outdoor seating is available!

Other locations include Los Gatos, Los Altos, Campbell, and Palo Alto.
