We grow over 20 varieties of apples on the Ranch. Some you will recognize from your local market and some are heirloom varieties that you may never have heard of. Many are multi-purpose, but can excel at specific uses. Our U-Pick season starts on Labor Day and features our beautiful, tasty Galas. These are followed by the Fujis which begin to ripen the first week of October.
Our Cider varieties are committed to production of hard cider by our associates at Santa Cruz Cider Company. Limited quantities of other varieties are available. Just check with us to get updates on availability.
A large portion of our crop will go to Martinelli’s to make their delightful apple juices and sparkling ciders.
