  • Permit parking enforced first weekend in May through the last weekend in September: 11am - 5pm weekends & holidays. Live Oak pay stations on East Cliff: corner of East Cliff & 9th Ave, between 18th and 19th, 32nd and Pleasure Point (seasonal)

Established to provide beach access for visitors to the Live Oak coast corridor between the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor and 38th Avenue. Day parking permits and annual visitor permits available.
