    The Pizza Series in Scotts Valley’s King’s Village Shopping Center, brings a modern space featuring an open kitchen, takeout counter, spacious dining areas, and a heated patio. Known for its Detroit-style square pies and New York–style round pizzas made with three-day fermented dough, the restaurant builds on a strong local following from its popular pop-ups.

    The menu includes creative signature pizzas, vegan options, wings, salads, pastas, desserts, and local beer and wine on tap, with seasonal specials.
