    Felton’s Emerald Mallard”s Chef Lance Ebert has teamed up with chef Mikey Adams, a Santa Cruz local who has returned to his hometown after spending most of his career on the Michelin circuit, heading restaurants like Angler and Proper Hotel in San Francisco.
