Hotel Paradox: Solaire Valentine’s Day Chef’s Tasting Menu

Celebrate your Valentine with an elegant 3-course meal to inspire romance.  This Valentine’s Chef’s Tasting Menu is only available for lunch or dinner on Valentine’s Day.  Standard Solaire menu is also available.  Reservations highly recommended.

  • First Course
    Havarti Cheese Fondue – served with sourdough Baguette, honey crisp apples, molinari sausage, grapes
  • Second Course (chose one)
    • Blush Lobster Risotto – pomegranate, snap peas, herb garlic butter, flower petals
    • Sensational Rack of Lamb – cherry gastrique, carrot puree, mint chimichurri, fried brussel sprouts, marble potatoes
    • Pink Peppercorn Backon Wrapped Filet Mignon – garlic whipped potatoes, charred asparagus, blistered tomatoes, red wine reduction
  • Third Course
    Black & White Strawberries – white chocolate shell, shortcake, strawberry coulis, chocolate rings

$75 per person. Price excludes beverage, gratuity and tax.
