30th Annual Aloha Outrigger Races

The City of Santa Cruz Parks and Recreation Department is thrilled to welcome back the Pu Pu ‘O Hawaii Outrigger Club who is ready to race!
These short-course outrigger races are designed especially for the new or novice paddlers. Enter a 4-person crew and we will provide a stroker, steer-person and all necessary equipment with enough instruction to get you racing. Ability to swim required. Children must be at least twelve years of age. Members of an active outrigger paddling association (i.e. NCOCA and SCORA) are not eligible to be on a team but may volunteer as a stroker or steer-person.
