Business owners, locals, and Dream Inn Santa Cruz enthusiasts gathered in late March to celebrate the grand opening of the Jack O’Neill Restaurant and Lounge. Jack O’Neill kept life simple; he was into one thing — the ocean — and not much else. As his namesake restaurant and lounge, the Dream Inn is striving to keep that spirit alive. They focus on one thing — coastal cuisine done right — and believe in making it as accessible as possible. Their fresh-caught seafood meets the Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Seafood Watch sustainability standards, cage-free eggs come from the Glaum Egg Ranch, and seasonal produce is sourced from a number of area farmers.
