Pasatiempo Golf Club, an Alister MacKenzie designed course, beckons from the North side of the Monterey Bay. The course was built in the 1920's by female athlete and champion golfer, Marion Hollins, and is considered one of the most breathtaking and challenging courses west of the Mississippi. The onsite Hollins House Restaurant offers a warm and elegant ambiance in the historic 1930’s home Marion Hollins built, overlooking the sweeping greens, the City of Santa Cruz, and the Monterey Bay. Serving up delicious and artfully plated seasonal cuisine and an expertly curated wine list, this is truly a unique and stunning venue for your special occasion.  Favorite Feature: original herringbone-patterned wood floors.

Serving as the Visitor’s Center for the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary, this LEED Gold certified facility embodies the spirit of environmental stewardship. Rent out the entire space, which includes the upper level exhibits and dramatic 2 story exhibit tank, for a cocktail reception or company party. New Bohemia Brewery

This lofty, industrial-chic brewery & taproom, in the heart of the Pleasure Point neighborhood of Santa Cruz, brings traditional European-style beers to a modern space.  The state of the art, energy efficient building features 2-stories of locally hand crafted materials, artwork, and 270 degree views of the Point.  The upstairs area, which can be rented on its own, features a large community table from reclaimed Douglas fir and an outside patio balcony space, accented with potted succulents. Or - the entire facility can be reserved for a larger party, complete with tours of the brew making process. Prost!  Favorite Feature: the beers are exceptional quality, and the venue allows live acoustic music.

Kaiser Permanente Arena is a professional basketball arena and home to the Champion NBA D-League team, the Santa Cruz Warriors. When not filled with rallying fans, this downtown space can be transformed to accommodate large community events, trade shows, conventions, and more. A combination of fixed and retractable seating and a removable basketball floor allows for flexibility of your large scale event. Favorite Feature: high ceilings and 20K square feet of space.

For small groups who want to experience the “micro-capitol” of the Central Coast, and the breweries that call it home, climb aboard the Brew Cruz. This vintage Thomas International school bus chauffeurs your party from brewery to brewery, with fun brew facts and beautiful views along the way. Retrofitted with a chic, living-room-inspired interior, “Betty Jane” – as the bus is affectionately called – gives off a cool, mid-Century modern vibe. Brew Cruz can accommodate up to 15 passengers for private tours, designed to visit your top picks of over a dozen microbreweries within Santa Cruz County.  Favorite Feature: BYO... Snacks! Brew Cruz has some refreshments, but allows you to bring aboard your own favorite snacks and beers.
