Opened in 2011, Cafe GSC is a farm to table vegan restaurant. We are proud to say our menu is made entirely in house, from scratch, using the finest seasonal and 100% organic ingredients.

We support local farmers, sustainable agriculture and environmentally friendly products. Our food is prepared with love.
