Volunteers are the backbone of the Capitola Art & Wine Festival

With 40,000 people expected to attend the 29th anniversary of the popular Capitola Art & Wine Festival this weekend (September 10 and 11), it’s no surprise that approximately 400 behind-the-scenes volunteers are needed to insure its success.
