Fall into the Cruz

is one of the best times of the year to visit. With over 300 days of sunshine a year, temperatures are still warm enough to enjoy our "second summer" and all the fall festivals the season has to offer! Fall brings with it Greek Week(end), more molé, and chili (really!). Art lovers can open up to open studios, cruz art and wine in Capitola, and sea glass by the seashore. Bring your favorite boo on a train ride, spot a bird or a plane in the sky, sip wine, or watch Santa shoot the curl. Sound fair? Fireworks in Capitola or in Santa Cruz – to celebrate the wharf's 100th birthday – round out the fun.
