Dates: The sweepstakes begins on Tuesday, April 1, 2008 and ends at midnight on Monday, June 30, 2008.

Prize: Grand Prize consists of a two (2) new motorized electric scooters (his and hers). Additional prizes include accommodations at a local Santa Cruz County area hotel; four (4) tickets to Roaring Camp Railroads; four (4) tickets to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk; a $500 shopping spree at Capitola Mall, and shopping certificates to use in Capitola Village.

Entries: Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Entrants must meet insurance requirements and have a valid license. One entry per adult. Individuals with multiple entries will be disqualified from the contest. All entries and information therein become the property of the Sponsor. This sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States except where prohibited by law or the following: employees of the sponsors and co-sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, agents, dealers, advertising and promotional agencies, and the families of each. Odds are based on number of entries received.

Winner: Winner will be drawn on or about Thursday, July 31, 2008. The winner need not be present at drawing to win, and will be notified via telephone/mail/email within 15 days of the drawing. Winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days following confirmation of the prize by the winners. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Sweepstakes winner will be required to sign a Release of Liability and photography release agreeing to the use of his or her name and likeness for publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation. Winner must provide all necessary Federal and State tax-reporting information and proof of proper insurance before receiving prize. All local, state, and federal taxes, and fees apply and are the winner's sole responsibility. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items once in the winner’s possession.
