My Weekend in Santa Cruz: Get to the Coast!

What a perfectly warm weekend we had here in Santa Cruz County! Locals and visitors were definitely embracing the warmer temps and many were finding there way to the coastline. I spent a good part of my day at Cowell Beach on Saturday and it sure felt like summer soaking up the sun and hearing the screams from the Boardwalk rides! Capitola Village: The Ultimate Relaxation Getaway

Wandering the streets of Capitola village is like going on a treasure hunt. You never know what inspiring vista, quirky street art, or tasty eatery you’re going to stumble upon as you explore. Colorful murals turn a neighborhood alley into a mini outdoor gallery, a pelican sculpture watches over a garden overgrown with wildflowers, and hidden stairways lead to spectacular bird’s-eye-views of the maze of houses and shops that hug the glittering blue Monterey Bay below.

Sail Away: Wednesday Night Regattas
