Artist Captures Capitola Through the Wine Glass

This weekend marks the 31st Annual Capitola Art and Wine Festival in Capitola Village By the Sea, an event showcasing local winemakers, gourmet food, family-friendly entertainment, fine art, crafts and jewelry.
