I live in PA and I am fighting PECO. PUC is wtrlhoess in PA. A civil law judge already dismissed my official complaint against PECO. Is there a class action lawsuit either in PA or nationally that I can join? Please help. I feel I am defeated on my own trying to fight a big monster.Thank you.
