Chaminade Farm to Table Dinners Provide the Ideal Summer’s Eve Setting

The perfect way to spend a summer evening has been discovered…revealed at the Chaminade Resort and Spa Farm to Table Wine Dinner.  It seems only right to share the recipe, so blend these ingredients and enjoy. Make a reservation for the next outdoor dinner, boasting unsurpassed views of the Santa Cruz Mountains and Monterey Bay. Arrive at 6:00 p.m. to attend the wine reception with unique passed hors d’oeurves. Make friends with guests from Santa Cruz and beyond and secure your space at the outdoor banquet table on the terrace patio. At 6:30 join your new friends for a five course dinner, endless local wine and a farm goodie bag. Everything served is locally sourced and farmers and winemakers are on hand to talk about the fruits of their harvest. Watch the sun set, then take pleasure in a rising moon, creating the setting for a magical evening. These seasonal dinners offer a feast of the senses, not only for an unparalleled view, but for fresh, local ingredients elegantly presented by Executive Chef Beverlie Terra and Nick Church - Executive Sous Chef. The June 29 Farm-to-Table Wine Dinner featured locally produced grass-fed beef, vegetables, fruit, flowers and honey from Corralitos. A Santa Cruz mountain winery provided a Blanc de Blanc sparkler and several red wines, including a rare 2003 Estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon from Saratoga. Hi. Are you still doing the farm to table? A big group of us are camping at new brighton in 1st week of Oct. and that would be really nice for us to get together as a group for dinner. Are you doing the dinner on Sat. Oct. 4? If so, what is the price per person and what is being served?
